Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders over PKR 5,000.
A shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount and will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers may be contacted by phone or WhatsApp to confirm their order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order may be cancelled or returned to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, STARLET Stylish Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
